What counts as a customer chat?
One customer within one 24-hour period, however many messages it takes. Every chat is listed in your monthly report, so you can check it against your own inbox.
What does the setup fee cover?
Loading your services, prices and rules, connecting your channels, writing replies in your voice, testing, and going live. If you took the 2-week trial, the AED 499 comes off it.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Are there any other costs?
Only one: if your plan sends scheduled messages on WhatsApp — like rebooking reminders or review requests — Meta charges a small per-message fee, which we pass on at cost. Nothing else.
Does it replace my team?
No. It handles the repetitive first part of every conversation. Complaints, sensitive questions and anything unusual go straight to a person, with the whole conversation attached.
